Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 28,000-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

This project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to repair and renovate Bldg 402 to include all building systems, finishes, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, break room and administrative areas. This scope also includes the demolition of Bldg 561. All work shall meet the current State of Florida Building Code and the 45th Space Wing Installation Facilities Standard (IFS). Site Visit: April 24th, 2023 at 0900 AM EST Participants will meet at-- Bldg. 402.
