The tenderer who wishes to proceed to a site visit must first confirm his presence by e-mail to the agent responsible for the designated call for tenders process, and at least 24 hours (working day) in advance. The date and time of the visit will be confirmed to bidders interested in a site visit. VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The tender is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. Obtaining documents: The tenderer must obtain the tender documents directly through the tender display system, failing which, his tender will not be considered. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders.
