Renovation of a transportation facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
All quotes must include the cost of labor and all equipment/materials required to perform services on Cooling Towers # 1,2,3,4, and 5. Proposed Scope of Work: North Terminal Airport Cooling Towers: o Lock out and tag out electrical power supply to cooling tower. o Isolate water flow to tower with assistance of Stationary Engineers. o Clean cooling tower with water pressure, chemical and manual labor. o Utilize lift machinery and generator power as needed. o Clean fill, sump- on all Cooling Towers. o Remove debris and accumulated scale and trash from the job. o Provide scale and debris sample to customer for analysis. * Take before and after Pictures each area cleaned.
