Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Nevada, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 83,700-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Plans call for the construction of an 83,700 square foot 3-story school (the lower story is partially underground). The school will contain classrooms, media room, gymnasium (no bleachers), cafeteria, administrative offices. The cafeteria will also serve as the storm shelter and will have cast in place concrete walls. This project is Tax Exempt.
