Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction, repair, rehabilitation, removal, disposal and/or replacement of storm sewer, storm sewer leads, storm sewer outfalls, manholes, inlets, and other drainage improvements. Work of the Contract also includes rehabilitation and/or re-grading of existing roadside ditches. As part of the Work, Contractor may be required to construct, repair, rehabilitate, remove, dispose and/or replace other City assets impacted by the drainage work, including roadway pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, water line, and sanitary sewer. Intent of the Work is to reduce the risk of structural, curbside, and street flooding and maintain asset functionality. Rehab of City of Houston storm sewers, outfalls, roadside and off-road ditches.
