For the County 2023 requirements of road gravel. Bidders shall provide their own bidding forms and quote prices per ton and/or per cubic yard loaded F.O.B. County trucks at the bidders pit. Quoted prices shall include any applicable gravel tax. Proposed materials shall generally conform with the 2020 Edition of the Minnesota Department of Transportation Standard Specification No. 3138 for Class 1, Class 2, Class 5, and pit run gravel. Quotes for other road materials that a pit owner is able to provide will also be accepted. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
