For FY24 pool chemicals pool chemicals OPR-24-010 BAYO pool chemicals Wavepool chemicals for Bayou Segnette State Park, 7777 Westbank Expressway, Westwego, La 70094 for period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024. Do not ship without manager's approval for time schedule. Contact Person: Park Manager 504-736-7140 Wavepool chemicals: 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite Vendor must supply certificate of liability insurance for $1 million dollars to enter park gates. To be delivered to the park on an as needed basis until entire quantity is exhausted At the option of the State of Louisiana-Office of State Parks and acceptance by the contractor, this purchase order may be extended for two (2) additional twelve month periods, at the same price, terms and conditions as stated in the bid. Not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. The quantities listed are estimated to be the amount needed. In the event a greater or lesser amount is needed, the right is reserved by the State of Louisiana to increase or decrease the amount, at the same price, terms and conditions as stated in the bid.
