The Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA"), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the redevelopment and sale of 2 parcels, 11/01641000 and 11/01642000, representing approximately 5,761 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 7-9 Westminster Terrace in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the "Property"). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for the construction of residential housing units. The Property is being offered as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
