The mission of the Government Acquisitions Center (CAG) is to provide public bodies with the goods and services they need in the exercise of their functions, with the objective of optimizing government acquisitions while respecting applicable contractual rules. The CAG is a body mandated by the establishments to carry out a joint purchasing program on their behalf. He acts as an agent for these establishments, but is not personally liable to third parties. Each institution is individually bound by the contract which may result from this invitation to tender. PURPOSE The Government Acquisitions Center wishes to obtain bids for networking equipment, for the benefit of the Participating Organizations of the education network, in the delivery regions covered by this notice. Duration of the contract and description of the renewal options the agreement to be entered into is a separate contract for each lot, with an initial duration of thirty six (36) months. The supplier agrees to renew the contract for an additional period of up to twenty-four (24) months.Details are available in the tender documents (management). The purpose of the information session is, in particular, to recall certain particularities as to the requirements of the call for tenders and to answer the questions of the bidders on any aspect of the call for tenders. If additional information or details are provided, they must be the subject of an addendum. Failure to participate may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a tenderer. Tenderers are required to read the requirements described in the tender documents. A bid bond and a performance bond are required. The cag does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The cag also reserves the right to reject all tenders received, if it deems it appropriate, without being held responsible or being the subject of a lawsuit or claim for the costs or losses suffered by the bidders.
