Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Penfield, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 760-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a new public restroom building, approximately 760 s.f., at the Veterans Memorial Park in Penfield, NY. The structure is a single story, slab-on-grade public structure with load bearing masonry walls and wood trusses. The restroom area will be fully ADA compliant and conditioned (heat). Related site work will be by Owner and will begin 5' outside of building perimeter with the exception of the construction of all sidewalks and the sewer connection, both by Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for all site work and building pad prep within this 5' limit line, including backfill around the building.
