Construction Managers are invited to submit information indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the proposed new Tyndall Long-Term Care facility. Sharon Village Care Homes intends to build a new Long-Term Care Home in Mississauga, Ontario. The site will be developed in two phases, with the Long-Term Care Home completed in Phase 1 and the demolition of the existing Long-Term Care Home and completion of the site work as part of Phase 2. The new Long-Term Care Home is a 224-bed, nine-storey, concrete and precast structure with an approximate gross area of 140,000 sq ft. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on concrete bearing walls with masonry veneer. Project also in *The approximate construction value has been estimated at approx. $67 million.
