Renovation of a water / sewer project in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a wastewater treatment plant.
The project is located at various plants within the water system. Water Plant No. 1 is located at 3700 Northfork Drive, Pearland, Texas 77584. Water Plant No. 2 is located at 3110 Morgan Road, Pearland, Texas 77584. Water Plant No. 3 is located at 3006 Summercrest Drive, Pearland, Texas 77584. Water Plant No. 4 is located at 3133 1/2 County Road 922, Pearland, Texas 77584. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open The deadline to ask questions is 2/21/2023 10:00 AM CST
