Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of removal of sewer pump house including pumps and motors, electric, plumbing above and below slab, roof, walls, doors, windows, ladders, anchor bolts, curbs. Remove existing piping below and above ground, cut and cap 12 sanitary sewer and sanitary sewer force main with grout. Removal and disposal of existing concrete, existing asphalt concrete, existing sewer pipes and manholes. New work consisting of the installation of a new sewer precast lift station [12-6 x 7 -6 x 27 deep with duplex 18hp VFD pumps], system to be completely controlled on site and have a remote digital interface capability, manholes, sanitary sewer and force main pipes, electric shade structure, generator pad, fill basement with sand, fence and gates, class II base, catch basins, drainage pipes, detention and patch back. The improvements will be located southwest of the intersection of Davis Avenue and Ellsberg Drive within the West Complex. Contractor to keep old lift station in service continuously until switch over in one day on a Sunday. The project is expected to last 140 calendar days with weekend work anticipated. Port specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or rebid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
