**As of February 27, 2023 this project has been cancelled, it will be re-solicited at a later date.** For furnishing the following: Riverside at Beale Street Bridge Repair - Ballast Replacement, Handrail Replacement, ) Pile Replacement and FRP Splice, Sway Bracing Replacement, 8"x4" Decking Replacement, 8"x8"x8'-6" No. 2 Southern pine crossties, Crossties, Cleaning and Painting of Steel Span Bearings, Lead Paint Testing MATA hereby notifies all Bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this advertisement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion, political affiliation or national origin in consideration of an award. Any name appearing on the Comptroller Generals list of ineligible contractors is not an eligible bidder. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Laws and Regulations. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the Lowest Responsive and Responsible bidder as selected by the Authority, provided it is in their best interest to do so. MATA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in biding. DBE (14%)
