Renovation of a mixed-use development in Queensbury, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,220-square-foot educational facility.
1. The Master schedule for this Project is included as a part of these documents and shows approximate start, milestone and completion dates for various areas of the work in this project. Dates can be adjusted by actual date of Notice to Proceed, and/or change order. 2. Contractors Construction Schedule: Upon award of contract, prepare a fully developed, horizontal bar-chart type Contractors construction schedule to coincide with Construction Managers Master Project Schedule included herein. Provide logic on schedule to show how sequence of work is affected by requirements for phased completion of the project. In addition to work activities, show submittal and any long lead items (items over 3 weeks in procurement), or other items that could adversely effect the overall schedule. Submit within 10 working days after receiving notice of intent to award from Construction Manager CSArch PROJECT NO. 126-2101.02 The School Board of Queensbury Union Free School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation
