ST-5124 To comply with Regional, State and Federal water quality standards, Burbank Water and Power (BWP) is proposing to construct onsite storm water improvements, as well as improvements to the adjacent off-site storm water drainage system. The project will divert storm water that is generated offsite by constructing a new storm water pipeline, manholes, and connection to the Burbank Western Channel. Onsite drainage improvements would consist of diverting flow from an existing 36-inch diameter pipe into an on-site filter, then into an underground vault within the northeast portion of the BWP Campus.
