Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals for the inspection of District Light Poles. Initial inspections shall include visual observations and nondestructive testing (ultrasonic thickness measurement). The awarded vendor shall provide a detailed report of inspection procedures, findings, photos, and recommendation for further testing and/or corrective action by the district. A one-time inspection of all District Light Poles will be performed during the Summer of 2023. Additional inspections may be requested up until the end of the contract period. Additions to the districts light pole totals may be made to these lists during the contract period. This contract will expire May 31, 2028. The undersigned agrees, if this bid/proposal is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the Terms and Conditions contained in the specifications. The period for acceptance of this bid/proposal will be sixty (60) calendar days unless a different period is inserted by vendor. The Mesquite Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids/proposals submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids/proposals in the best interest of the District.
