Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A bid bond for 5% of the project cost is required and must accompany each proposal. Proposals must be held firm for 90 days beyond the bid opening date. The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within 10 days of notice of bid award. The City reserves the right to reject bids that do not comply with the bid instructions, to waive informalities or to accept a bid deemed in the best interest of the City. All bids will be considered valid for a period of 90 days. The City of Milford is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. MBEs, WBEs, SBEs and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply. Submit one (1) Original Proposal and two (2) Copies. **Epifano Builders Inc. will accept MWDisBE pricing until noon on Wednesday March 1, 2023 at noon.
