The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to secure competitive responses from qualified Respondents capable of providing preventative maintenance inspections and servicing for Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps and Accessory equipment including, but not limited to, dryers, tanks, valves, and drains. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of equipment units around campus, as well as all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, installation, training, and consulting necessary to provide a completed job. The University expects the successful Respondent (the Contractor) to be able to perform per the scope of work defined within this ITN and comply with the applicable industry, health, and safety standards during all aspects of the work performed. No amount of work is or will be guaranteed or implied. If it is deemed to be in the Universitys best interest, FSU reserves the right to award all items and sub-items to one or more Respondents, or in any manner deemed to be most advantageous to the University. The Contractor selection shall be based on consideration of all relevant factors including expertise, experience, qualifications, and price. All in all, the successful Respondent will manage timely and coordinated efforts to prolong the life of the Universitys equipment and maintain operating efficiency by protecting the equipment and systems through preventive maintenance and repair services.
