(Rmcf) is Currently Serving as the Construction Manager at Risk (Cmar) for the Shore Acres Resiliency Infrastructure Project (Connecticut Ave & Vicinity Sdi), Project No. 22033-110 As Part of Our Preconstruction and Early-procurement Responsibilities, We Are Initiating Outreach to Qualified Vendors to Obtain Pricing Commitments, Availability, and Critical Lead-time Information for Key Materials and Equipment Identified in the Developing Design. This Project Includes Major Stormwater Conveyance Improvements, Large-diameter Box Culvert Installation, Roadway Elevation Work, and Construction of a New Stormwater Pump Station and Outfall. Due to Project Funding Constraints and Schedule Requirements Under the Fdep Resilient Florida Grant (Agreement No. 23frp48), Early Procurement of Long-lead Components is Essential to Maintain the Citys Required Delivery Milestones. To Support This Effort, We Are Requesting Vendor Review and Response Regarding Supply of Any of the Following Items: Pre-cast Concrete Box Culvert(S); Generator, Ats and Fuel Tank; Electrical Equipment (Mcc); Hdpe Pipe; Pumps and Controls; Stop Logs.
