**As of March 16, 2023, project was awarded to Walker Construction, awarded amount is $83,421.80.** The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 6th day of March 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The materials and services required are as follows: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the necessary improvements at the Cotton Park Shelter, and at the Prentis Park Shelter. Bid security is required according to state law and the bid specifications. Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash. The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
