For Seal Coats 2023 This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to seal coat approximately 294,000 SY of asphaltic concrete pavement on major and minor streets along with any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Site Directions: Citywide roadways Required Bid security in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the Bid, in the form of a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho or a certified check or cashier's check drawn on a bank in good standing. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph SC-4.01 of the Supplementary Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Milestone(s) if any, is to be achieved by the date as defined in the Special Provisions.
