Product/work must meet specifications. Bid may not be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this construction/product in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama and local entities if applicable. All bids must be sealed and marked as called for in the bid request packet. Resident/local contractor preference applies.
