Each bidder shall assume sole responsibility with respect to delivery of their bids. Each bid shall be submitted on the Form of Proposal furnished in the Project Manual and must be accompanied with a bank cashier or Treasurer check, or bid bond, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal, payable to the Rose Tree Media School District. Each bidder shall submit with their bid, evidence of his experience qualifications and financial ability to carry out the terms of the contract.
