The Upper Occoquan Service Authority (UOSA), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the project known as "Methanol Feed Facilities," and also by the name "Contract MFF." The Project includes the construction of the Methanol Feed Facilities at the Millard H. Robbins Jr. Regional Water Reclamation Plant (RWRP) at 14631 Compton Road, Centreville, Virginia 20121-2506. The Work includes, but is not limited to, a new Methanol Feed and Storage Building GG, methanol storage tanks, pumps, instrumentation and controls, a methanol truck unloading station, feed piping to existing selector basins 56/1 through 56/3, 56/4 through 56/7; and modifications to existing Building D/2 to accommodate power, controls integration, and fire alarm system for the new methanol feed and storage building in accordance with the Contract Documents.
