The County of Renfrew (the County) requires the services of a firm to supply and/or supply and deliver aggregate material in March/April 2023 for a culvert replacement on Dunlop Crescent, 0.1 km north of Highway 17 in the United Townships of Head, Clara & Maria. We are requesting that your firm provide a schedule of rates for the supply and/or the supply and delivery of the aggregate material that we may require for this project. We have not determined if we will be picking up the material in your pit/quarry with our trucks or if we will have your firm deliver the material to our jobsite. A detailed list of the material is on the following page. Please submit your rates on the enclosed sheet; you may quote any or all of the items. Your submission does not guarantee that we will use your services or material. The County reserves the right to accept all or any part of this quotation. Lowest or any quotation not necessarily accepted. The Supplier is advised that the County will require the aggregate material commencing the week of March 21, 2023.
