**This is a REBID of the bids due on 03/07/23** A. Work included under this Division includes installation of new reheat coils and associated electrical system and controls system. The systems shall be installed complete, with piping, coils, and auxiliaries as hereinafter called for. Miscellaneous items including conduits, etc., are to be provided as indicated. B. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide a complete and operating system according to the true intent and meaning of the plans and specifications including all pipe, controls, equipment, etc. Scope of the project includes controls renovations at the existing Building NR at WTCC's Scott Northern Wake Campus in Raleigh NC to include reheat coils and adjustment of control sequences of the four air handling units serving the automotive shops to provide direct humidity control of the space. Detailed information on the bid submittal requirements are indicated in the bid documents.
