**As of April 11,2023, this project has been awarded to Complete Utility Contractors Ltd with no awarded amount.** The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 89032 - Starlight, Saddle, Appian Watermain Replacements, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Starlight Way - Installation of approx. 390 metres of 200mm dia. watermain, c/w appurtenances, replacement of 17 water services, 10 service transfers and the installation of 2 fire hydrants. Saddle St - Installation of approx. 349 metres of 200mm dia. watermain, c/w appurtenances, replacement of 23 water services, 4 service transfers and the installation of 1 fire hydrant. Appian Way - Installation of approx. 350 metres of 200mm dia. watermain, c/w appurtenances, replacement of 13 water services, 1 service transfer, replacement of 1 fire hydrant, installation of 1 new fire hydrant, and 8 sanitary service replacements. Various Locations - Water service connection renewals on Arundel Ln, Ashurst Ave, Gloucester Crt, Stellar Crt, and Sparrow Crt (locations as listed in Appendix D) Other miscellaneous and incidental works as contained in the Contract Documents. Tenders shall remain open for acceptance for 60 days following the submission Closing Date. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders and the lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. The City also reserves the right to cancel any request for Tender at any time without recourse by the Tenderer. The City, prior to award of any Tender, may negotiate with the Tenderer presenting the lowest price compliant Tender, for changes in the Work, materials, specifications or conditions without having any duty or obligation to advise any other Tenderers or to allow them to modify their Tenders, and the City will have no liability to any Tenderer as a result of such negotiations or modifications. The City will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Tenderer in preparing the Tender. Procurement of goods and services is conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
