Renovation of a medical facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replacement of two existing 800kW emergency generators #1 and #3 located on the roof of the Thurmond Gazes Research Building. Work includes modifications to existing ASCO paralleling switchgear in the mechanical penthouse to allow for synchronous operation of new generators #1 and #3 with the existing generator #2 also located on the roof. Work also includes new structural steel platforms for new generators, fuel piping modifications, and roofing modifications as required. ll questions & correspondence concerning this Invitation shall be addressed to the A/E. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range: $3,000,000 to $3,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
