The Arkansas Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) is seeking a qualified firm to professional Architectural/Engineering design Professional services for the purpose of designing the Modernization of existing Wastewater and Domestic Water Systems on the Booneville Arkansas Human Development Center (BHDC) Campus. The Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional design services to produce the required plans, specifications, and contract administration for the above facilities. The Agency intends to award this contract to a single firm having the capability to provide the required architectural services and oversight. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the DBA MSC. The Agency will award one contract under this solicitation and negotiate fees on a percentage based on estimated cost of construction. The State of Arkansas supports equal opportunity in the participation in all areas of capital improvements, therefore minority and womens business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
