The HSD seeks Statements of Qualifications {SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Preconstruction Services for the Beauregard Memorial Hospital Addition and Renovations project. The response format and content are strictly provided in the RFQ document section 5 to include documentation required by public financing. SOQ submissions that have not been received by the aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information stipulated per Section 5 - Response Format and Requirements of the RFQ, dated December 5, 2022, shall be considered non-responsive and will result in the SOQ submission being rejected. SOQ Respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposed team for this solicitation may not contact any HSD CMAR Selection Committee members concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until after the date of the selection. The HSD and the HSD CMAR Selection Committee, reserve the right to reject any or all timely submitted SOQs in response to this RFQ for just cause and to waive any informalities with any proposals received. The HSD strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
