Site work for a water / sewer project in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
2023 Water Line Improvements - The Project consists of constructing 1300 feet of 16-inch, 3900 feet of 12-inch, and 1200 feet of 6-inch water lines. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the Issuing Office. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Hot Springs in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. All contracts exceeding $20,000 must have a Payment/Performance Bond.
