Provide Engineering Services related to the study, design, and preparation of construction plans and bid documents for the proposed sanitary sewer lift station improvement in the City of Hays, to include: o Study to determine present demand on existing lift station, consider future demands to include the increased demand due to proposed changes in the area of Hays High School with the USD 489 School Bond Project. o Proper sizing of lift station wet well and equipment to meet current and future needs of the City of Hays. o Consult with City of Hays staff on equipment specifications and assist in recommendations. o Provide construction plans including a plan on how to construct the improvements while maintaining sewer service.
