Project Category Code: Water Tower Rehabilitation and Repair, Lift Stations/Lift Station Equipment, Meter Vault Improvements, Manhole Rehabilitation, Sitework/Excavating and Grading Description: The work to be done under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 1, construction of a valve vault and flow meter manhole, site work, and appurtenant work. Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Andover shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
