Renovation of a municipal facility in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project includes selective structural repairs to the rear exterior brick wall of Keene City Hall, located at 3 Washington St., Keene, NH 03431. Work includes: 1. Application for a building permit from the City of Keene. 2. Selective demolition necessary to access the work area. 3. Use of holdowns, tie rods, and other means to mechanically connect the exterior wall to the interior framing of the building. 4. Restoration of finishes. Installation of steel channels and holddown system to extend from the exterior of the building to 6'-0" from the inside face of the interior brick masonry wall at the first and second floor framing. Extend holdown tiedownsan additional 19'-0" (25'-0" total) from the inside face of the existing interior brick masonry wall. Repair cracking in rear bum p out brick masonry walls full Height of wall elevation. This project consists of stabilizing the rear wall of the Keene city hall located at 3 Washington Street in Keene, New Hampshire. Project work consists of selective demolition, selective building system support and or/relocation, masonry reinforcing, installation of steel channels, and holdown system to brace wall, and restoration of building systems and finishes.
