Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
ALL questions should be emailed to Tom Bancroft at email tbancroft@eaiengineers.com DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work Description The Work, Building HVAC Renovations for the Michigan State Police Training Academy, Agency No. 171, 171/21348.RWG includes, but is not necessarily limited to replacement of the existing AHU 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, & 13, RF-1, 2, 3, 8, & 13, tunnel EF-1 & 2, Stair Pressurization fan systems, HVAC distribution w/ VAV terminal units and reheat, ductwork, heating and cooling pump replacements, heating and chilled water piping, insulation, air and water balancing, partial ceiling replacement, wall patching , electrical installation, minor Fire Protection sprinkler system revisions, limited fire alarm renovations, and integration of new DDC Building Automation System into existing System. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The entire Work will be complete and ready for final payment as specified in the Contract Documents: December 31, 2024.
