As of March 7, 2023, project was awarded to Missouri Petroleum, LLC, awarded amount is $685,432.47. Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Project Name: 2023 Seal Coat Program The project includes: All materials and equipment required to provide a seal coat treatment to approximately 15 lane miles of roadways in the City of Tyler. Asphalt is AC-20-5TR and aggregate is Type PD Grade 4. Fog sealing some streets after the seal coat is completed is also included. Pavement repair and striping are included. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties".
