B. Description of Work: 1. The work to be accomplished under this contract is located at the Salisbury District Court and Multi-Service Center, 201 Baptist Street, Salisbury, Maryland, 21801. It consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described therein. 2. Total Bid: Make all necessary repairs to steel and soffit located in the garage as described in the contract documents. 3. All work shall be completed within sixty (45) calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed. 4. The contractor Shall be licensed in the State of Maryland in accordance with COMAR regulations. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience performing similar projects and shall supply a list of similar projects which have been completed to the Project Manager upon his request.
