The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for Bathroom Renovation at Mann Middle School. Bidders, Subcontractor, suppliers, and others who obtain plans directly from any other source are fully responsible for obtaining all necessary documents for a complete bid. This includes the verification and incorporation of addenda or revision bulletins, prior to bidding the project. Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The district has established annual spending goals of thirty percent (10%) with minority business enterprises (MBE) and thirty percent (10%) with women owned business enterprises (WBE). Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project by JUNE 3, 2023. All work for this project shall be completed no later than AUGUST 14, 2023.
