For Olympus 1 MG Reservoir Seismic Retrofit The project consists of (but is not limited to): o Constructing a concrete retaining wall around the reservoir, Welding studs to the exterior of the reservoir which will be embedded in the retaining wall oRecoating the interior (full recoat) and exterior (spot recoat) of the reservoir using a plural component coati ng system oConstructing a steel ramp and platform for a portion of the new retaining wall oRerouting of the existing reservoir overflow pipe oDemolition of piping including asbestos-cement oGrading and associated site work oAddition of a gutter and drainage system to the reservoir oReplacement of the roof vent oModifications to the roof access hatch and platform oAddition of safety anchor points to the roof, and o(additive alternate) Addition of a safety handrail to the roof of the reservoir A certified or hank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to North Perry Avenue Water District, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The District shall have the right, to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document, or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
