For Water Level Monitoring Station Parts The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids. For the following: (1) Hot Mix and (2) Water Level Monitoring Station Parts with unit prices effective from April 1, 2023 until September 30, 2023. Bids may be held by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award. Official action on this bid will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury within forty-five (45) days. All paper bids MUST be plainly marked and should contain the following on the outside of the envelope: "BID FOR 'BID NUMBER'" KRISTIE CUMBERLAND, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, Purchasing Agent Amount of Bid Bond Required: N/A. Amount of Performance Bond, if required: NA % of bid. Amount of Payment Bond, if required: NA % of bid.
