Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 8.73 centerline miles of STH 23 between Wisconsin Dells and Endeavor, from Adams County Line to IH39 in the Town of Douglas and Town of Moundville in Marquette County. Improvements include pavement resurfacing, spot curb and gutter repairs, cross culvert replacements, guardrail replacements at two bridges and one intersection. High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST) will be applied to pavement at a curve 1000 feet west of CTH AA and a curve at the intersection of STH 23 and CTH X. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
