The City of Calumet City (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified landscape contractors to perform lawn mowing, string trimming, and miscellaneous maintenance of City-owned or maintained properties for 2023 and 2024, with an option to extend for 2025. To be considered, each contractor must submit a completed proposal bid form, certificate of liability insurance (COI), and any additional information requested in the RFP with their proposal packet. This contract is not subject to payment of Prevailing Wages. Each contractor is to submit their bid as indicated in the Specifications section of the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Every effort will be made to adhere to the following schedule: Activity: Date: Distribute RFP February 10th, 2023 Proposal Submission Deadline February 24th, 2023 (10:00 AM) Selection March 9th, 2023 Start Date April 3rd, 2023 Please address any questions regarding this RFP to Isaac Ramsay, City Engineering staff, at iramsay@f-w.com.
