As of February 13, 2023 BASE PROPOSAL - $3,300,000 ALTERNATE PROPOSAL - $4,300,000 Weatherford Independent School District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the "Weatherford ISD Grizzard Regional Institute of Technology (GRIT)" a new automobile technology facility for early college high school program. This will be located on the existing WISD 9th grade campus site located at 1007 S. Main St., Weatherford, TX. 76086. The CSP 220304 must be noted on the envelope. Scope of work includes demolition of e x i s t i n g c o n c r e t e p a r k i n g lot, landscaping, new driveways and a new one-level structure of pre-engineered metal building. The interior spaces include office, restrooms, storage (including a mezzanine level) with an automotive shop with 8 vehicle lifts (double stacked) in the Base Proposal and 4 additional vehicle lifts (double and single stacked) in the Alternate No. 1 Proposal.
