**As of March 31, 2023 , this project has been awarded to John G. Walton Construction Company for $757,377.00.** Sealed Bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in public session by the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama, for BODENHAMER CENTER PARKING IMPROVEMENTS, Project No. 22G3201. Work will include resurfacing of existing parking, and construction of new parking and entrances along W 2nd Street. Qualified contractors are invited to Bid. This contract is for the purpose of providing all materials and labor to install the Bodenhamer Center Parking Improvements in conformance with the plans and Specifications. Bids from Bidders who do not attend this conference will be rejected. The Contractor will be required to obtain a business license from the City to operate within the Corporate Limits. Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama and must submit satisfactory evidence of such license. See contract documents for bond requirements. Sealed bids may be mailed or delivered directly to the City of Gulf Shores prior to the public opening. All bidders must use the Bid Form provided in the Contract Documents and show on the envelope "SEALED BID," the Bidder's name, license number, the name of the bid/project, and the opening date and time.
