The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract(s) or issuance of purchase order for the product(s) and or services(s) stated above. We are seeking bids for this material either delivered to our site, or picked up by Dane County from the producer's stockpile. Failure to submit a bid may prevent Dane County Highway and Transportation Department from acquiring your product(s). Thus, if you are interested in doing business with the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department in 2023, we strongly encourage you to submit a bid by the opening date indicated. The contract shall be effective on the date indicated on the Dane County purchase order or the Dane County contract execution date and shall run for one year from that date.
