Scope of Work. Contractor shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities for the Soliere Avenue Water Transmission Main Project ("Project"). The Project scope is specific to the attached Special Provisions ("Exhibit A"). Contractor shall construct the Project for the Owner in a good, workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Owner through its engineers and under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer, or his properly authorized agents including but not limited to project managers and project engineers. Contractor's work shall be strictly pursuant to and in conformity with the Contract. General Attachments required. The Project will also require a partial plant shutdown in order to demo major mechanical equipment and structural supports and modifications, and provide basin floor sloping, install mechanical equipment, coat channel trough, and provide channel trough covers, and electrical modifications for one basin (Project). This summary is not a comprehensive account of the Project. The plan sets and specifications attached hereto shall be considered a comprehensive detail of the work to be performed .
