Site work and addition to a road / highway in Petaluma, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
**As of April 13, 2023 , this project has been awarded to DC Electric Group, Inc. in the amount of $9,750.** The City of Petaluma has purchased six-speed radar signs and is requesting assistance for their installation. The signs will be installed on existing traffic poles and light standards or other vertical appurtenance per the manufacturer's requirements. See attached speed radar location points 1 through 6. The current intent is to mount the speed radar signs on existing poles and vertical appurtenances. Existing signs may need to be adjusted or removed. It is possible that three of the locations will need a specific pole installed that will be a 3 in. OD galvanized steel pole (or approved alternative). The pole will be of sufficient length to be placed 5 ft. below grade surface and hold the bottom of the sign a minimum of 7 ft. above grade.
