Site work and paving for a civil project in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of pavement and waterline replacement. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, removal, and installation of approximately 7,021 S.Y. of full-width 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement along Squire Drive (from Squires Drive to Taylor Street), approximately 2,993 L.F. of 8-inch waterline along Squires Drive, from Squires Drive to Underwood Drive approximately 159 L.F. to extend the Vaden Street 8- inch waterline to Taylor Street and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony. The opinion of probable construction cost for the overall project is $2,713,000.00. All of the above done in accordance with City of The Colony and NCTCOG specifications with the City's Addenda and as per instructions of the City Engineer. All construction sequencing and barricading done according to the city standards.
