1. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, basic materials, and lift, necessary to complete the project in accordance with this Statement of Work to replace the existing boiler, 2003 Rite model 150W, LP gas, 1.5M BTU output with a new Raypak HiDelta Natural Gas Hydronic Boiler. 2. Place the order for necessary equipment from supplier within 10 days of contract award date. 3. Complete installation of new Boiler equipment within 30 days of delivery from supplier. 4. Processing and procurement of Boiler Installation Permit from State of Florida Boiler Safety Section 5. Perform shut-down and isolation of Natural Gas and water service to existing Boiler equipment 6. Removal and disposal of existing Boiler equipment and related flue exhaust piping 7. Clean and prep existing equipment pad for new boiler equipment 8. Relocate existing Hot Water Supply and Return piping to accommodate all new equipment 9. Fabricate and install new boiler exhaust flue piping with sealed connection to new boiler a.
